  How it works
The flexibility of the VTO structure allows it to be customized to address client needs in areas such as technical analysis, independent validation and verification, certification compliance, project management and training/mentoring. Once a client decides to engage the services of the VTO, the implementation and delivery that results in the successful, on-time and cost-effective completion of a project is generally structured along the following lines:
1. Your project is assigned to an experienced Project Manager who is the point-of-contact for all issues related to your contract. This ensures that if challenges occur during the project they are immediately addressed.
2. Based on your requirements, the Project Manager will propose a team of VTO experts who will be working on your project for your concurrence. Once you have approved the team, work will commence on your project in accordance with the tasks specified in the associated SOW.
3. A secure web-site that will be used to manage all project documentation, correspondence and project deliverables will be set-up with appropriate access being provided to staff designated by you. The basic VTO contract includes the cost of setting up this capability on secure VTO Servers. If you wish to use alternate servers, VTO can be employed to assist in the setiing up of these servers. The VTO web-site provides you and/or your designated staff with access to all project documentation and status information 24/7!
4. Regular interactive on-line meetings using Webinars, conferencing tools etc. will be used to facilitate regular and ad-hoc (as required) program review meetings and technical discussions/reviews as the work progresses. If necessary, arrangements for VTO staff will be made to be physically present at meetings to provide support, inspect physical assets etc.
5. Upon the successful completion of your project, an archive of all site documentation will be provided to you so that you have a complete copy of the project.
