 VTO is a world-wide network of experienced aerospace personnel who have harnessed the capabilities of the Internet and other communication capabilities to offer in-depth, quality aerospace services to their clients in a cost-effective manner. The VTO Network is comprised of partner organizations and individuals whose skill sets enable them to address a wide range of aerospace related problems on an as required basis. In reality, many of the participants in the VTO have worked successfully and collaboratively using these technologies on an informal basis for a number of years. |
