| The rates and terms of payment vary according to the scope and duration of the work you wish the VTO to undertake. Essentially, the greater the scope and duration of the work, the better the rate we provide. While the terms and conditions of the project will vary, the following principles will generally apply across all projects: | ||||
| 1. | Unless other arrangements are agreed all quotations and payments will be in US$. | |||
| 2. | Work will be initiated on a project, once an initial retaining fee has been received by the VTO. The retainment fee will be the greater of 25% of the estimated project cost or US $10,000. | |||
| 3. | Depending on the size and scope of the project, subsequent payments will be based either on milestone deliveries or regular progress payments. All payment terms are 10 days Net. | |||
| 4. | All Travel and Living Expenses authorized by the client will be arranged for and paid directly by the client. In cases where it is impractical to pre-arrange payment (eg: Car Rental), all reasonable expenses at agreed rates will be reimbursed 10 days Net upon receipt of an appropriate expense form. | |||
